Pay with your card or your balance
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay — credit or debit — plus Google Pay and Apple Pay, all charged in the currency you picked. If you have an ElGrupito wallet, you can pay from your balance instead. Payments run through PCI-compliant processors, so your card details never touch our servers.

Is this legal?
Everything we sell is genuine. Family and team plans are designed to be shared, and we organise that sharing safely; gift cards and licences come from authorised distributors. Each product page publishes the specific conditions of that product before you pay, and we never sell cracked software or stolen accounts.
How fast do I get what I bought?
In most cases, within minutes of the payment being confirmed. Credentials, codes and keys appear in your account and are emailed to you. A few products are prepared by hand and say so on their page, with the delivery time stated up front.
Who else is on my account?
That depends on what you bought. On a shared subscription you get your own profile on a family or team plan alongside other people, which is why it costs less. On a private subscription nobody else has access. Gift cards and licences are yours alone.
What if the account stops working?
Tell us and we fix it. Most cases are solved in minutes; the most complex take up to 72 hours. If an account cannot be repaired, we replace it with an equivalent one for the time remaining, at no extra cost. Support answers around the clock, in Spanish and English.
Can I cancel?
You can stop future renewals at any time from your account, with no long-term contracts — you keep the access you already paid for until that period ends. What we cannot undo is a delivery already made: digital access is handed over once, so a completed delivery is final.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay, credit or debit, plus Google Pay and Apple Pay. All of them work in every currency we show, so you never have to think in dollars if you'd rather not. You can also pay from your ElGrupito wallet, which you top up through Pago Móvil, PayPal or Binance — and that is the way around it if your card doesn't work for purchases abroad.
