Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the ElGrupito platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. Placing an order and using the access we deliver constitutes full acceptance of everything set out here, together with the product-specific conditions published on each product page, which form an integral part of this agreement.

What ElGrupito is

ElGrupito is a platform that lets you access premium digital subscriptions by sharing the cost of family, team, or multi-user plans. We buy and administer the master accounts, assign you a place on one of them, and deliver your access. That is why you pay a fraction of list price for the same service.

Our role: we are an intermediary

ElGrupito has no official affiliation with the platforms whose subscriptions it offers, and does not represent them. We act as an intermediary between you and those platforms: our responsibility is to give you working access to the product you bought and to keep it working for the period you paid for. Your use of the account is governed by these Terms and also by the terms and conditions of the relevant platform. Any change a platform makes to its policies, plans, catalogue, or availability may affect the accounts we offer and is outside our control.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. By using ElGrupito you represent that you meet both requirements. If you are buying on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your country or region regarding the digital licences you acquire: we are not responsible for the use of our products in jurisdictions where legal restrictions apply.

Your ElGrupito account

You need an account on the platform in order to buy. By opening one you agree that:

• The information you register is accurate, current, and complete, and you keep it that way.
• Your account credentials are personal: keeping them confidential is your responsibility.
• Everything that happens under your account is treated as done by you.
• You will tell us immediately if you detect unauthorised use.
• You will not create multiple accounts for the same person, or hand yours over to someone else.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

Using the accounts and licences we deliver

What you buy is a personal-use digital licence for a place on a shared account. For that account to keep working for everyone, there are rules:

• The access is for you and the designated group: sharing the credentials outside it is prohibited.
• Do not change the password, email, plan, or billing details of a shared account.
• Do not block or interfere with the access of other members of the group.
• Respect the plan's limits: simultaneous devices, profiles, region, and any other restriction the platform imposes.
• Do not resell or redistribute the access you obtain through ElGrupito.
• We may include tracking mechanisms to detect unauthorised use, and we may move you to a different group when that is needed to keep the service running.

Breaking these rules is handled through the strike system described in our Refund Policy, and can end in permanent suspension of the service with no refund.

Delivery and activation

The licence is delivered electronically, either in a secure area of the platform or by email, and we notify you as soon as it is complete. Estimated delivery times are published on each product page. Mechanical or software failures can cause delays beyond that estimate; when that happens, write to us and we will sort it out, but we do not accept liability for the delay itself.

Prices, payments, and renewals

Payments are processed through the methods available at checkout, handled by external providers depending on the option you choose. The following conditions apply:

• Prices are shown in the currency you select and include applicable fees: the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• For the methods offered through 1D3 — credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and American Express — 1D3 DIGITECH OÜ processes the charge, issues the invoice, and appears as the merchant on your receipts and bank statements.
• Other methods are governed by the terms of their respective providers. All transactions use standard encryption and security measures.
• We reserve the right to refuse an order when payment cannot be processed, and will tell you when we do.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date, and we send a reminder before every charge.
• A failed payment may temporarily suspend access while it is resolved.
• Renewal price changes are communicated at least 7 days in advance.

Transactions flagged as fraudulent or disputed

If the issuing bank flags a transaction as fraudulent or opens a dispute, we do not receive the funds: the order is automatically cancelled in our system and access to the product is suspended immediately, as is your ElGrupito account while the dispute stays open. The outcome depends solely on the issuing bank and the payment processor, and can take several weeks; during that time we cannot reactivate the service. If you believe the dispute was a mistake, you can send us supporting documentation, which we will share only with our processor as evidence. We keep delivery records for every order — including when access was sent and the terms accepted at checkout — and we submit them when a dispute is raised. If something went wrong, write to us first: support almost always resolves it faster than your bank.

Refunds, guarantee, and cancellation

We do not offer cash refunds once delivery is complete, except where applicable law requires it. What we do guarantee is that your access works: if the account fails, we repair it or replace it at no cost for the time remaining on your subscription. ElGrupito credits

You can keep a balance in your ElGrupito wallet and use it to pay for any product in the catalogue, renewals included, subject to each product's conditions. Credits are granted in certain situations, are yours to spend whenever you like for as long as your account exists, and are not convertible to cash.

Prohibited conduct

On top of the account usage rules, you must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to other users' accounts.
• Interfere with the platform or its servers, or disrupt its operation.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent your identity.
• Resell or redistribute subscription access obtained through our platform.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or our team.
• Circumvent any security measure or access control.

Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program lets you earn commissions by referring new customers. Taking part is voluntary and is governed by its own conditions — eligibility, commission rates, tax treatment, use of promotional materials, and grounds for termination — published on the program page and in the Help Centre, which are additional to these Terms. Affiliates take part as independent contractors: there is no employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship with ElGrupito, and no authority to bind us to any agreement.

Privacy and cookies

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable law regarding the personal information we collect. What we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, and what rights you have is explained in our Privacy Policy; the detail of the cookies and similar technologies the site uses is in our Cookie Policy.

Confidentiality

We commit to keeping confidential any sensitive information you provide. Only the staff who need it to deliver the service can access it, and any disclosure outside a legal requirement needs our prior consent.

Intellectual property

The content, features, and functionality of the ElGrupito platform — text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — belong to Innovaly Services OÜ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from them without our express written permission. The trademarks of the platforms whose subscriptions we offer belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the product.

Warranty disclaimer

You expressly accept that use of the digital licences and premium accounts is at your own risk. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy — and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. None of this affects the replacement guarantee described in our Refund Policy, which we do offer and do honour.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ElGrupito will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or reputation arising from the use of or inability to use our products, nor for the cost of acquiring substitute goods or services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ElGrupito and Innovaly Services OÜ, together with their affiliates, directors, employees, and agents, against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense — including legal fees — arising from misuse of the service, breach of these Terms, or infringement of a third party's rights.

Excusable delays

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, for as long as that circumstance lasts.

Term and termination

These Terms apply from the moment you open an account or place an order, and for as long as you use the service. We may terminate the agreement immediately for cause — including breach of these Terms — or without cause on 30 days' notice. You can stop using the service whenever you like by cancelling the renewal of your plans. On termination your right to use the service ends; the provisions that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and governing law — remain in force.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms or discontinue site services at any time. We will publish the updated version on this page with a new revision date and, if the change is significant, we will tell you. Continued use of the service after that means you accept the new Terms. Purchases made before a change are governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn for the resolution of any dispute. None of this affects the non-waivable rights granted to you by the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
